I believe it’s really important to have a strong relationship with your celebrant. You’re putting a huge amount of trust in them - and that’s not something I take lightly!
Send me a quick message at lilythecelebrant@gmail.com or fill in the form here with a bit of info about yourself and your partner and your wedding date, plus any ideas you have for the big day.
I’ll respond within 2-3 days with some dates and times for a preliminary 20-30 minute Zoom chat, where we can get to know each other a bit and you can work out if I’m the person you’d like to write your ceremony! Whilst this is free, and isn’t obligatory, I really recommend meeting online first before jumping headfirst into planning together.
If you’d like to book me, I’ll send over a contract and ask for a 25% deposit of the overall fee to hold the date, and then we can get to the fun bit – the planning.
Over the coming months, I’ll get to know you and your partner better, speak to loved ones and work to create the perfect ceremony script for you. We’ll meet up in person at least once for a chat and to share ideas, and I’ll send you up to three drafts of the script for your approval.
A month before the big day, I’ll ask for the remaining 80% of the fee – and on the day, I’ll be there no matter what, ready to share and to celebrate your love story and marry you both.
Afterwards, I’ll send a beautiful presentation copy of your script for you and your loved ones to look back on for years to come.
